Please read this Agreement carefully before using our site or services. By accessing or using TS Systems, you indicate that you accept this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms. If you are using TS Systems on behalf of your organisation, you also confirm that you accept this Agreement on behalf of that organisation (and references to “you” will be deemed to include that organisation).

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must refrain from using TS Systems.

Information about us.

TS Systems is owned and operated by ThumbStop Social Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14924485 and have our registered office at 33 St Vincent Road, Walton-On-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, KT12 1PA.

Security.
​

We will only store and use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not store sensitive payment information on our own systems.

Access and registration.
​

Access to TS Systems is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend services without notice. We will not be liable if TS Systems is unavailable for any period.

Some areas of TS Systems may require you to register for an account. If you register, the information you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and ensuring your information remains up to date.

You are also responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses TS Systems through your account or internet connection complies with these terms.

Changes to the site and services.

We aim to update TS Systems regularly and may change or withdraw content and services at any time. We are under no obligation to update material, and content may be out of date at any given time.

Reliance on information.

Any commentary, advice, or materials provided via TS Systems are for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional or legal advice. We disclaim all liability arising from any reliance placed on such materials.

Intellectual property.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to TS Systems, including but not limited to software, content, text, images, audio, video, graphics, and data.

Subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TS Systems for your personal or internal business purposes.

You must not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of TS Systems content without our prior written consent. You may download and print extracts for personal reference, provided that you do not alter them and always acknowledge our ownership.

Breach of this clause will be deemed a material breach, and your licence to use TS Systems may be terminated immediately.

Your contributions.
​

You retain ownership of any content or materials (“Contributions”) you upload to TS Systems. By uploading Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, store, process, and display them for the purposes of delivering services to you and improving our products.

Contributions designated as confidential will be treated as such, except where:

  • the information becomes public (other than through our breach),

  • we already lawfully knew the information,

  • it is provided to us by a third party without breach of confidentiality,

  • you authorise disclosure, or

  • we independently develop the information.

You must not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing material. You warrant that any Contributions comply with applicable laws, and you indemnify us for any breach of this warranty.

Additional services.
​

Certain services, such as premium courses, memberships, or events, may have additional terms. You will be notified of these and must agree to them before accessing the relevant service.

Our liability.
​

While we take reasonable steps to provide reliable services, TS Systems is provided “as is” without guarantees or warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions and are not liable for:

  • loss of income or revenue,

  • loss of business,

  • loss of profits or contracts,

  • loss of anticipated savings,

  • loss of data,

  • wasted management or office time, or

  • any indirect or consequential damages.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to TS Systems is limited to £250.

Indemnity.
​

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of TS Systems, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of the rights of others.

​

Force majeure.
​

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations under these terms if caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Complaints.
​

If you have a complaint about TS Systems, please contact us at tssystems@thumbstopsocial.co.uk. We will investigate and aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly in accordance with applicable law.
